Conditions of Hire

• Access to the property will be available from 4pm on the date of arrival.
  
• Property must be vacated by 10am on date of departure
  
• Gas and electricity charges are included
  
• 3 Bedrooms, Sleeps up to 8 people
• There is no WIFI in the property
• The property is to be left in a clean and tidy condition
  
• Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided
  
• Site rules must be adhered to at all times
  
• Car parking facilities available adjacent to the property
  
• The £50 deposit is non-refundable
